Why wait til the Spring when you won't need it? Seems small enough to be a weekend job and it's smooth sailing all winter.

You have a point! But it's hunting season and all my free time is spent doing that, unfortunately after that my wife demands a little attention after a long hunting season

One great thing about wife's is that they are content just to be doing something WITH their spouses...so I recommend the attention come in the form of hanging insulation (and then a nice dinner).

After using the "Shack" for a couple of weeks,a few tweeks need to be made! Being out of the wind and using a small electric heater in 20 degree F temps seems to be working out just fine, but more needs to be done in the ventilation dept.
Im using a standard double blade window fan,and its frame is too large for the sheds tiny window. I will have to come up with a way to seal a high output fan into the frame opening in order for it to work properly.
