Thanks for the reply and instructions. I have noted that it is incredibly cheap to buy. If I decide to give it a go, I'll let you know!
Appreciated.

At the UK Pipe Show, managed to buy, very cheaply (£1, I think) a small tin of McChrystals snuff. Dark red brown in colour. I had never done this before, so a complete novice until now. Having received advice, tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Menthol effect in nose, seemingly clears the nasal passages a treat! I haven't made it a daily habit, just every now and then. But a good little move in this direction and one worth pursuing with other aromas.

Since I had to stop smoking I have the Pacific Ocean in my nose. We live across the street from the ocean and the benefits are sight, sound and smell.

I don't take snuff often, but when I do I've been rather partial to some of Wilson and Sharrow blends. I also like McChrystals.
I read recently that Napoleon Bonaparte, whilst against tobacco smoking, was a consumer of huge amounts of snuff.
