TOTM: May - Jul

So I am still alive and it is that time again. Our next quarter is around the corner. So lets start the conversation and figure out what our next three is. Remember the goal is to figure it out by the 15th

I've never tried any twists, so I'm down with that. I've been pretty lazy about trying new stuff lately, so hopefully someone decides to get this going.

GLP Sextant has got to be there!

And what about an aro?

If we want to try an Aro we could go with W.O. Larsen 1864. It is a lighter aro that is usually respected for its use of higher grade tobaccos. I second the Sextant vote as well

My vote goes for Brown Bogie Twist, Now any twist would do,but since one hasn't been named . Been trying to get you guys to pick a twist tobacco for awhile now, so come guys pick any twist if you have already tried Bogie.

So should we go with Bogie Twist, Sextant, and 1864?

I've very interested in Meridian and Brown Bogie, mildly interested in 1864. I'll see about playing along, too....

How do you like to prepare your Bogie, Clint?

Hi Chris, with any twist just slice with a very sharp knife into thin coins & rub out a bit & your good to go. Enjoy bud, Oh I smoke several twist mainly G&H twists but I'm yet to smoke Bogie so this will be a new one for me , but the prep will be the same.

Bogie is good! I have 500g aging gracefully in my cellar. IMO, it needs a few years to come into its own (similar to Dark Flake and 1792).

The others I've not tried.

So, is the May TOTM Brown Bogie? I guess so.

I bought Sextant & WO Larsen 1864 but I'm not a fan of Lakelands - so someone needs the kick the thread off please. Brim?
