2013 POY Final Instructions - 8 July 2013

2013 POY Final Instructions - 8 July 2013

Postby Bob » Tue Jul 09, 2013 3:39 am

Here's the latest information I have from our members. Those who sent me their PayPal address have an "X" in the "PayPal" column (I'm taking care of Eric's pipe). If I didn't receive any information from a member, the "X" appears in the "No PayPal" column. If I have a members PayPal address, I'm sending it on to Les with the instructions to invoice the member (I'm including your general location for shipping purposes). He will then have your full name and address through PayPal and shipping should be easy.

I will also send a PM with Les's e-mail address to each POY member. Those without a PayPal address will have to contact Les directly to set up Payment and delivery of their pipe. Those with a PayPal address should contact Les if they do not receive an invoice in a reasonable time frame.

While this process to purchase may not be what was expected, I don't know what else to do. As I said before, the problem is communication via e-mail. I'm not blaming anyone especially not Les. I think the best approach that will move this forward is to try and get an invoice from Les. I have no reason to believe that this is an issue and I'm pretty sure Les will send out the invoices. He has proven to me that he's sincere and trustworthy. A stand up guy.

P.S. If for some reason I don't get Eric's pipe I will refund your donations.

I sent an e-mail to Les asking him to send invoices to each of the PayPal addresses I have. If you don't receive an invoice in a week or so I would contact Les.

Again, for those who didn't give me a PayPal address, it is your responsibility to contact Les and give him your PayPal address or make other arrangements.

Thanks, Bob, those pipes look really nice. But two questions-

1. Is Ferndown literally just a guy and his wife? That's remarkable if so.

2. What's she cutting up?

Wow, those are beautiful!

Richard, Ferndown is just Les and his wife. I've no idea what she's cutting up...my guess is sandpaper though :D
