Just got confirmation back from Pete at Invicta on ordering/payment. Pete thinks it easiest for you to email him directly for the order. He will then email you a paypal payment request. His email is pete@invictabriars.com. Tell him you ordering your Tamp and Puff 2014 POY and give him your forum name. I ordered my two pipes (one for Eric) and already got a paypal request emailed back to me. Good luck and let me know if you have any problems or issues I can hopefully resolve on my end with Pete. However, it sounds like everything should be smooth.

Happy smoking!!!

I just made my payment and got my receipt. Now the waiting game for the pipes begins :D I have been so close the past couple of weeks of getting a new pipe, but nothing really caught my eye. Thankfully this came just in time

Just got my receipt as well, I was surprised to complete the transaction today as by the time I sent the email to Pete, I figured he would be down the pub.

I would appreciate it if whoever gets their pipe first posts their opinion on the pipe, satisfaction, etc. Especially the band/stamping.

Thanks!!

My T&P POY 2014 has arrived!!! Pete did an excellent job with the pipe and custom silver ring. This is my first Invicta pipe and definitely will not be my last.

Review - The pipe is well done and the drilling is spot-on centered. There are a couple minor flaws on the shank (see second pic), but nothing to worry about.

Big thanks to Kevin for all his efforts on the POY, to Pete for an amazing pipe, and of course our host Eric for T&P.

I really like the way the band is above the level of the shank instead of flush to it, and also the way the edge is beveled.
Nice.

Hey Duke, sent you a PM. Let me know how things go. I just got mine and Eric's pipe in the mail today. I am definitely satisfied with the pipe at the price. Easily as nice as other machined made pipes at more than the price. I think Pete was spot on with the band as well, and I can actually read it :D

Let me know when you guys get your pipes and your thoughts. Overall, I like the product and Invicta briars. Can't wait to load her up tonight for a trial run!!

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I got mine a while back and I would love it, if it were not for the fact that that my wife has decided to make it hers. Ordinarily I wouldn't mind but she prefers Condor.

I like Condor, but only in beater pipes which I don't mind getting the Condor ghost.
